7-9 Division
- Warm-up time on the court depends on the season but is generally between 5 and 20 minutes
- A team needs 5 players to avoid a forfeit.
- Matches are generally played in three sets. Some seasons each match has three sets and some seasons the match is over when a team wins 2 sets
- Serves must be made behind the 10ft line. Servers may not cross the line during a serve.
- Where possible, net height should be between 6’6″ and 7′.
- Players rotate in and out on each change-of-possession that team scores.
- Every child must be allowed to go through the full rotation of all 6 stations before being subbed out. This includes serving (all players must serve).
- Not substituting players out of rotation except in cases of injury or illness.
- A child may serve no more than 5 times in a row.
- Net violations are not called.
- Sets 1 & 2 are played to 25 points. Set 3, if necessary, is played to 15 points.
